At long last our new shiny Staff Handbook it’s not had a major overhaul for a couple of years but finally we have got around to it. We are taken the time to go through each of our Policies one at time and review and in some cases totally rewriting them.
As we rewrite each policy it will be listed here for staff, parents and others to refer to as and when they need to. Staff will be made aware of each new policy at the next full staff meeting or sooner if the Manager deems it necessary due to a change in legislation with which we must comply.

Fit for Work is free and helps employees stay in or return to work. Employees can consent to their GP referring them to Fit for Work. Employees in England and Wales, will be able to give consent to their employers from autumn 2015. This guidance aims to help employees make the best use of Fit for Work, supporting them to return to work as quickly as appropriate.

- an assessment service providing an occupational health assessment and a return to work plan for employees who have been off sick from work, or are likely to be off sick from work, for 4 weeks or more
