- reasonable adjustments for disabled children and young people
- auxiliary aids and services to disabled children and young people
This code came into force on the 1 September 2014.

- part 3 of the Children and Families Act 2014 and associated regulations
- Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014
- Equality Act 2010
